The bootable USB 2.0 flash drive contains the latest LTS (“Long Term Support”) versions of Ubuntu Desktop, Ubuntu Server, and Ubuntu Desktop 16.04, which is the last version of Ubuntu to support 32-bit CPU’S. This USB drive also contains the Ubuntu family distributions, Edubuntu, Kubuntu, and Xubuntu. No internet is required, they are all on this USB drive to try and install.

Ubuntu Desktop 16.04
This is the last Ubuntu distribution that supports 32-bit PCs. A 2 GHz dual core processor or better is recommended as are 2 GB of RAM and 25 GB of free hard drive space.
Edubuntu
Edubuntu is a partner project of Ubuntu, a distribution suitable for classroom use. The aim is that an educator with limited technical knowledge and skill will be able to set up a computer lab, or establish an on-line learning environment, in an hour or less, and then administer that environment without having to become a fully-fledged Linux geek.
Kubuntu
Kubuntu is a user-friendly Linux distribution based on KDE’s desktop software and on the Ubuntu operating system. Kubuntu’s desktop interface is a bit closer to Windows 7, 10, or 11.
Xubuntu
Xubuntu is a community-developed operating system based on Ubuntu. It comes with Xfce, which is a stable, light and configurable desktop environment. The Xfce desktop environment is known for its speed and low system resource usage, providing a great experience for lower powered and older PC’s.
All of the Ubuntu Linux distributions included can run in “Live” mode. In this mode, you can fully use Linux without installing it to your hard drive. If you wish to install a Linux distribution, that process is usually as simple as clicking an install icon and following the prompts.
Libre Office, Firefox, and many more useful programs are included in many distributions.
All distributions are 2023 builds or the newest build.
